The Warrant Group of companies are four companies involved in the Investment, Management and Development of commercial, residential and mixed use properties throughout England and Wales.

 

The original company, Warrant Investments Limited was first established in 1994 and incorporated as Warrant Investments PLC in 2000 with its wholly owned subsidary Warrant Securities Limited being formed in 1996. Latterly, Warrant Properties Limited was formed in 2003 with its wholly owned subsidary Warrant Developments Limited.

 

Together the group of companies have an extensive portfolio of investment properties let mainly to either national covenants or well established secondary tenants.

 

The group has a history of acquiring Grade II Listed or Statement Buildings in affluent towns, then applying specialist knowledge in the redevelopment of these buildings into mixed use schemes, with particular expertise in the A3 (Restaurant) and A4 (Drinking Establishment) planning use classes.

 

The group continues to seek to acquire similar properties, ideally within three hours travelling time of Central London and will consider vacant, part / fully let investments and portfolio opportunities.
