Jeremy joined the reknown West End Agency, Gross Fine + Krieger Chalfen in 1977 working closely with the then Managing Director Tony Fine. In 1982, Jeremy moved over from Agency to assist Tony Fine at Warrant Securities Limited, a property company specialising in the secondary retail market.

 

After a company re-organisation in 1994, Jeremy and Tony Fine established Warrant Investments Plc, a property investment company specialising in creating investments in the Leisure market  which now incorporates it's wholly owned subsidiary Warrant Securities Limited. The Companies predominately own quality investments in affluent market towns let to major leisure operators including  ASK restaurants, PREZZO, PIZZA EXPRESS, COTE, J D WETHERSPOONS, YOUNGS BREWERY, LOCH FYNE together with many established local traders.

 

In 2003, Jeremy set up Warrant Properties Limited and it's wholly owned subsidiary Warrant Developments Limited specifically to source development opportunities in Listed or Statement Buildings.

Jeremy is a Fellow of The Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors having qualified in 1985. Jeremy is married to Lesley and has twin sons, William and Christian.

Jeremy's interests include supporting West Ham United and Middlesex Cricket Club, coaching the Young Players at Radlett Cricket Club, collecting antiques, old British Black & White films, Ski-ing and walking his faithful cocker Spaniel, Trowser.
